The meta team as of right now is Rin-Karma-Teo-Pascal-Spike, though there's been a big Giparang comeback.

I really suggest focusing on PvE game modes before arena because the arena meta is very volatile and could change just about every week.

If you haven't already, get Eileene, Dellons, and Ace to lvl 32, and get Rachel if you don't have her yet. Those four will get you through nearly every PvE game mode with decent scores.

Eileene is still somewhat in the arena meta (although rarely seen in top tiers now, due to physical teams being outclassed by Rin/Karma), but is still a solid pick it you want to go full physical (Teo, Ace, Eileene, Spike, Giparang).

Alternatively, you could go the way of the turtle/semi-turtle team and go Rudy-Kris-Wukong-Ace/Pascal-Nezha/Gipa/Eileene/Spike/Whatever. Do note that the turtle team is falling out of the meta as well due to Rin-Karma, but it will make a comeback eventually and is considered to be generally stable. It requires your heroes to be at high levels though, because a low defense stat is bad for any turtle team. (Wukong needs to be transcended particularly highly)
