I mean, maybe as a tank. I've had my main tanks for almost year, I'm certainty not interested in replacing them. I'm on horde side of dalaran and dps is a constant need, are u willing to try dps? I would agree that being a tank this late in the guild you will need a guild that brand new to raiding ( but then u have to likley build a whole team and u seem like u want something already built)

But really I love to help gear up some more dps who will stay with us on our progression.

One of my guild members was deployed from june- Jan so over 6 months, we got him raid ready in under 2 weeks. I think you may have found a less then stellar guild, but the game it's self is friendly to returning players imo.
