Dean (Iksar) Wants to know what you want from HS in 2017!

New ladder system. It's so awful for the community that aggro is objectively better for laddering, causing 75% of matchups to be against mindless face decks. It's so fucking backwards that the archetype which leaves least room for strategy and depth is also the one that everyone's overwhelmingly encouraged to play.

Also, please make an effort to get control decks to work on a broader scale, as opposed to just bruteforcing it with the occasional objectively overpowered card like Kazakus. For such a long time now, the control archetype has been distinctly inferior except the two or three that have something uniquely broken, like warrior's 50+ life or Reno decks' 6-mana heal for 30. That's better than nothing, but it isn't healthy for the game to be in a state where slow decks only work in the windows of time where they have something unbalanced available to them.

You need to print anti-aggro cards that actually work and don't weaken your other matchups so much that they can't be played. We need cards like Deathlord, Healbot and Sludge Belcher again. We need useful board clears that are playable before the turns where aggro matches are already over. We need cards that counter the inane onslaught of grotesquely overstatted minions instead of simply reacting to it after taking the damage, because that's rarely good enough. I'm talking about cards of a similar vein to this.
