Debt Letter from Chase on default to pay only 10%

Yes if you speak to them and say that that is yours it starts the statue of limitations all over again do not speak to them do not pay a dime wait it out if they're not suing you in court you need not speak to them and it's not important to speak to them the only time it is important to answer a lawsuit because then you'll get a default judgment against you if you don't answer if they're just sending you letters you don't have to speak to them and let the statue of limitations run but remember if they try to get money from you after the statue of limitations and you give in you restart statute of limitations over again if you decide to pay so once the statue of limitations is over just completely ignore them like they don't exist they cannot anymore sue you for the money they can ask who they want but they have no legal remedy and if they do try to sue you for the money remember you have to bring up that it's past the statue of limitations the judge doesn't have any way of knowing that and then you could file a lawsuit against them because these companies are supposed to not file lawsuits on time bar debt
