As an add on, I would like to say that if the crew doesn't kick me, and instead kills me until I leave, this is where I seek my revenge.
One time was just cruising in freemode on my second character and drove past an crew in the same organization delivering crates. I didn't crash into them, shoot at them or even ding their vehicles. But they got pissed and started to hunt me down with an insurgent pick up. Even though I messaged the CEO that I had no intent to harm them. But as they were chasing me, I saw the Kill List blip down ad Elysian island, so I raced there to take part and claim my $20000. Once I killed the enemies with the rhino, the organization was waiting for me, but as soon as I got out, I blasted them all in the face with my advanced rifle. From here, it became a gunfight with three of them with no crew to back me up. But against all odds, I scored about 30 cumulative kills from the 3 of them while only dying about 6 times. The CEO quit, followed by the other two. Shortly after as I was doing VIP missions, I received an angry message from the CEO saying stuff like how I was a noob at the game because they were higher rank than me. Not so true. Even though they were rank 200-300 and one was 50 and I was rank 100, I'm a rank 800 something on my Xbox and rank 500 something on my main PS4 character when this occuredu. I simply sent him a "LOL" before resuming my work.
