Imagine for a second you’re in the real world... Somebody has an art gallery/auction house with no paintings and there were no artists and no portfolio. They have a website with a Twitter link and an option to ‘join waiting list’. All the good stuff is coming, but first they want to raise capital. They decide to launch this business and start the bidding at $270million, and promise to give away 40% of the value of the company straight afterwards to random people who may or may.
