proposal #5 is a $100000 cash grab, vote "No with Veto" so the validators who made this trash proposal lose their deposit!

Hi all, I’m Simo from ITA Stakers.
First of all: ITA Stakers. We are a community that has been active for more than 2 years and mainly on Cosmos. Our effort and our passion are mainly dedicated to this network. We are growing slowly as a reference in the networks because we mainly bring our experience as developers, validator, people in tech for the benefit of the members of the community.
We don't just translate content or tutorials.
You won't find spam around our tutorials on “how to delegate to ITA Stakers validators” like everyone else does. We actively participate in our and other communities, delegations come on their own because people recognize our usefulness in the network.
Some clarifications about the proposal that allows users to vote with complete informations.
The proposal was structured on the Osmosis team's RFP, as a starting point to communicate what the first steps of our contribution will be.
As written in the final part of the proposal, however: "The whole proposal is intended to be as an help to our long term commitment and not limited to only the contents mentioned above."
What does this mean?
That as for other networks in which we are validators or active members, we will continue to support the long term project with other contents also not specified in an RFP or in our proposal.
What could they be?
In-depth articles on the next stages of Osmosis upgrade or main events. There will be video interviews with reference members of the Italian communities but also with projects that will integrate support for Osmosis in future versions.
There will be development of tools or other that will become necessary or may receive interest during the growth of the project.
In other words, it is not about 5 articles and a few videos.
This is a continuous and long-term support that will bring the initial contents and further support over time.
For us Cosmos and all around Cosmos are both work and passion and we invest time and resources.
Basically we are proposing our full time commitment for the Italian Osmosis community, not for some days, but long term.

Thanks everyone
