Did anyone else just stop giving a fuck about their hyperhidrosis?

Yeah, about a years ago.

My hands and feet literally drip with beads of sweat so my hh is definitely severe. I used to try to hide my hh by keeping my hands in my pockets all the time and rubbing them on my pants when I needed them. Hiding it definitely started doing a number on my mental health so I eventually decided I wouldn't. I carry a tiny hand towel with me now and just place it right over my papers for notes and always keep one on hand. If it ever comes up, I just tell the person that I have a skin condition and usually they're pretty understanding.

HH still is very debilitating though. I'm not really all that concerned with what other people think now but I still can't do a lot of things I want to and even the most mundane tasks are much more challenging with hh.
