How It Works You call us to schedule an appointment: Details about your appointment appear at My Account > My Appointments. To access the My Appointments page: Log in or create an Online ID OR Click the link in your Appointment Reminder email The day before your appointment: We contact you via phone, email, and/or text message to remind you of your appointment The morning of your appointment: We contact you via phone, email, and/or text message to provide an estimated 75-minute arrival window. An hour before the estimated arrival window: We contact you via phone, email, and/or text message to remind you it’s almost time for your appointment The name and picture of your technician appear at My Account > My Appointments. Get peace of mind from knowing who to expect before they ring the doorbell. Your technician starts driving to your appointment: A tech arrival countdown and interactive map also appear at My Account > My Appointments. Watch a minute-by-minute countdown to your tech’s arrival and see the DISH van make its way to your home. Customer Responsibilities Please ensure that someone 18 years of age or older will be present for the entire appointment Please secure any pets to avoid contact with the technician NEW CUSTOMERS: The credit card holder used to qualify must be present to sign the DISH agreements at the time of installation
