Idk every time i emailed them there was a different name on the email. I might try this as a last resort.

What happened was my apple pay had the wrong address and it automatically entered the wrong address when i ordered (miss typed to my next door neighbor) I understand that its my fault i miss typed, HOWEVER WHERE IS THIS PACKAGE?? My neighbor told me she never received anything. I went to the postal office and they didnt find anything either.

Heres what they wrote “At this time due to new policy restrictions, we are unable to change the address associated with an order to reship it, and also unable to refund or compensate for orders that show as successfully delivered to the address provided. We advise you to reach out to your financial institution for further assistance, as we are unable to assist you further on this matter. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences that this new policy may cause you.”
