Yes that is true, i've had angry outburts too but it has never gotten to a point where i'd want to break a glass or object. I think once it gets to that point, then perhaps help is needed from counselling sessions and therapy.

I just think when glass is involved it is taking it a bit too far, but i can understand why she was upset.

it is good that she apologized, i just didnt think it was anything to be impressed about.
