Meghan and Harry: An Englishperson's Perspective

Not English, not American. Card carrying leftie, close to Antifa.

So, you can imagine that I don't care about the royals, If anything, I want them abolished. But that is very generally speaking.

When MM first stepped on the scene, I thought she was interesting and was astonished at the Palace's efforts to welcome the "modern times" and be a part of it.

As I indicated, while I am certainly not a fan of the monarchy, I have a certain admiration for the Queen. She is her own brand, as we say here.

In the beginning I thought MM was probably a very good investment and that the BRF knew what they were doing. Sure, she's an actress - and I don't like state affairs intermingled with showbusiness - but well, her credentials weren't that bad, especially her talent to make money out of the little thing that she had. I also thought that it certainly wouldn't hurt the BRF to learn about how the other half lives and maybe become humble.

I didn't follow her stories, except for some snarky gossip sites. I read that stuff (mostly the comment section) and then forget about it, since most of it is hearsay. But two things stood out for me where MM was concerned. First there was her awful poor me interview during her Africa tour, her fee fees after having spoken to victims of brutal rape who barely survived. That was extraordinarily narcissistic and egocentric. Then I continued to read those snarky sites with even snarkier comments. The second thing that came was the Oprah interview. That really sealed the deal for me. I think she is impossible.

And there is also her husband, Price Dimwit. I believe that all these fights are about money and of his crazy jealousy of his brother. I think the second son syndrome is strong with Ginge. And his wife, Cringe, feeds into it and now we have all that drama.
