Sure, and that's great. But I believe a better approach is to help people understand the documentation, instead of just telling them "do this and that". What was difficult for you to understand in the documentation?

The MSDN article focuses too much on the ` IDesignTimeDbContextFactory `, when it's only the rare case that it is needed. I would rather see that they focused on the simple stuff that caused this error.

And then explain when you need it.
