Not a delivery driver, but an Uber driver in Detroit.

There were nights that I was essentially chauffeuring drug dealers around while they make deliveries. I picked up one dude from downtown and his destination was on the east side. He asked me if it's ok if we make a quick stop on the way. I tell him I have a 5 minute limit on all stops. He says it's no problem.

He directs me to a really shitty neighborhood known for lots of crime. We pull up to the house and he says he'll be right back. About 2 minutes later I hear 3 loud gunshots.

I can't be 100% sure they came from the house, but I wasn't about to stick around and find out. I noped the fuck out and called the cops. Told them the situation.

I don't do ride-sharing anymore.
