(I haven't yet read the books, so my expectations for S4 are based on what I've been able to gather from posts and discussions and articles and interviews.)

My viewing strategy for this season is to try going all-in for character development, personal journeys and interpersonal drama.

(Today I'm thinking in memory of renowned Star Trek writer DC Fontana, who reportedly advised: "...Focus on telling stories about the characters. Do your best. Do it from the heart." — Back in the days with Trek, and even lately, I've sometimes underestimated the importance of good character writing. For The Expanse S4, I'll focus on the characters, hoping that their developments will continue to capture my interest, even if some other aspects of the season might not.)
