FedEx is seriously unable to function

I read the CEO gave himself a $55 million dollar pre-xmas bonus this year. The company revenue hit $80 billion. Meanwhile working out more sports advertising deals, because that's more important than the actual business service.

A complete overhaul of logistics needs a shakedown. All I'm hearing from my bro and excuses by managers (and customer service located in Kabul) is we're understaffed and overworked. Ok. Ask why the high turnover rate and fix it. They have $80 billion from 1 year. Give employee incentives. Do a shift gift certificate raffle to people on each shift. That was the best thing my former employer did. Every hour was a raffle.. I took home an extra $75 one night. Hell if I was a manager I'd give my crew a pizza party every Friday. Apparently they have no moral if they're fighting each other in a lobby.

That's only part of the problem. If they're telling me for 8 days plus now my stuff is on a unknown trailer in a lot, then why can't they not know which trailer. It's simple F'n scanning or inputting a trailer ID #. Something we did at Viking Freight system when worked as a trailer dock grunt 30 years ago on a clipboard at each load bay. And then fedex bought them out.
