Stop blaming COVID because of your bad business practices, l-a-z-y employees and lost packages.

Oh my apologies, I didn't realize there are different definitions of late. It IS lazy, complete laziness to have a delivery date pass by THREE times with ZERO contact.

You can cry all you want, but UPS and Amazon have ZERO issue delivering, and to top it off, they deliver before 3PM EVERY time. So Fedex is completely out of excuses.

So this is a perfect example of a customer knowing when his package is set to arrive and when fedex is making excuses and hiding behind "COVID". It's hilarious I was able to deliver a package 4 states away by myself to a family member, yet Fedex can't deliver a package one hour away. Sad excuse of "postal workers", USPS shows Fedex up every day.
