Does Fedex Just Not Give a $#@&! Anymore?

Currently going through the same thing. I've talked to multiple people in the "Customer Advocate" area. They tell me they talked a supervisor at the FedEx location where my package is and it "Will get delivered today." That was Monday. Today is Thursday, still no package.

Everyday early in the morning bi get a notification that my package will be delivered between 9am to 1:30 pm then I get a message from the tracking that's says its a Delivery Exception has occurred. Delivery was not able to be made and will be delivered the following day. WTF

Crazy thing is the FedEx location is just a couple miles from my house. I would go get it but my cars in the shop and it's not on a bus line. I'm so angry.

The gift is a surprise for my wife worth over $1000. The package is time sensitive and I had to have it yesterday because it's vital to my anniversary this weekend. I'll NEVER use FedEx again. This is inexcusable!
