I feel like this is poor customer service from HKparts.net

Dealing with the same issue. I ordered a part from them recently for my PTR91 and when it came it did not fit like advertised. When I called and spoke to Ashley she was rude AF and told me the part was fine and that it needed to be clipped and pinned in order to fit a PTR none of which is explained on their website like she kept stating, it is mentioned they offer that service but not that if “ ordering for a PTR it needs to be clipped and pinned” per Ashely, and that “ she may be female.. but she isn’t dumb” when asked another question on the part ordered. Ashely is a real piece of work. Very rude over the phone and in general. Now waiting for my refund to post! Won’t be going back. Price gaugers!
