100 grams of salmon as 15% of recommended daily intake of saturated fat. Its not particularly low in saturated fat. But this is a strawman argument because you're trying to get me to argue against saturated fats. Which is completely absurd. This whole granola hippy obsession with "fats are bad man" is so crazy. Especially to make a point against saturated fats. Perhaps you are referring to polyunsaturated or monounsaturated fats? These occur in very very low levels in most meat, but occur in very high levels in a meat adverse diet.

You should probably do a bit of research man. And no. I don't eat fucking Cheetos, they are very high in polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats.
