I literally buy my coins from coinbase and transfer them without a tumbler. If they are marketing themselves as a legitimate trading site (they are the complete opposite of localbitcoins when it come to that) or I buy them off vendors which will further supply evidence legally that I was simply using a trading site. Use legit sellers of course when you are buying on Paxful with your REAL information. And you will be covered by the law. America is a great place where OJ got away with murder, remember? After you decide to "cash out" threaten to sue Paxful for everything and they'll eventually ban you once you report enough scammers (as they themselves need those scammers to make money as they are a money laundering site) so you have more evidence that you are dealing with Paxful's illegitimate practices rather than your own.
