Its much more hardcore than people are used to, but there are a high number of functioning, sane, and consenting adult women who find this appealing. An equal number of functioning, sane, consenting, adult people find this is something that they would like to do to a woman. There are a thousand nuances to BDSM that the everyman does not understand because they are not in that world, which is fine. I also think should be said that two consenting adults should be allowed to do whatever they want.
