I am one of the "Lucky" ones that is able to withdraw FIAT funds from FTX EU. However, this amounts to just 6% of my total holdings that I had at the time when it went down. Now I would be very happy to claim this FIAT, were it not for the fact that they state this on the website:

" Please note that you can only make one withdrawal request and funds cannot be withdrawn in tranches. In the event you confirm the balance of XX€ and such balance is repaid to you, you will have no further claim against FTX EU Ltd in relation to clients' funds or assets held on your behalf. "

Basically I get the feeling that when I accept this withdrawal I will lose every right to claim any of the cryptocurrencies that might be recovered in the future. We know that more than 7B$ of liquid assets have been recovered so I do not want to "settle" for 6%.

What did other do here?
