I have a 7 month old and am a SAHM. Things my husband does to support me:

• He meal preps my breakfast and lunches every week so all I have to do is pop them in the microwave while he’s gone
• I do online pick up for everything and he runs any and all errands for the family
• He cleans my car and fills my gas tank
• Any time I get behind or overwhelmed with a chore he does it for me (yesterday it was the kitchen because I got caught up in decluttering)
• If I want something professionally done he offers to pay for it, like getting my kitchen floor steam cleaned
• If I think a product will make running the household easier he will purchase it for me. Ex: Rice cooker, robot vacuum, airpods to listen to podcasts while I clean
• If I look stressed he will ask me what he can do to fix it
• If I tell him I’m having a bad day he will surprise me by bringing home a treat I like. He also will always offer to get takeout on any day I’m not up for cooking
• He always encourages me to decorate and renovate our home which makes it a happy place for me to be every day

He does the usual baby care too when he’s on dad duty but those are the additional things he does for me that I really appreciate.
