I saw what I considered, at the time, to be a VERY crackhead theory about why Ming isn't why listed and why Julian has a negative Prio.

I just want to say THESE ARE NOT MY THEORIES, I'VE JUST SEEN THEM IN CHATS!!

The reason why Julian has negative Prio and Ming isn't ever getting unbanned isn't due to slighting Koil. Koil was rather positive that Ming could come back if his RP improved until Fracis started joining CG in doing things. The reason why Koil isn't unbanning Ming or giving Julian decent Prio is that he's afraid it'd push Francis out of some CG activities, as CG and Ming/Julian go way back.

I still think it's a crackhead theory, but at this point it feels like it's worth considering.
