This advice is actually really good, thank you for sharing! One note I have is that you should include a caveat that this is only your perspective on how to get into one's dream school, in the end it is a holistic process and different for every applicant and their situation.

Also you were in the same boat as everyone else a few days ago (I'm sure you were very nervous and anxious about whether or not you'd get into your dream school) and one acceptance doesn't change the fact that you just went through this experience! Happy that NYU accepted you but there are other schools out there with different criteria and you don't have the authority to write a guide on how people should get into dream schools!!!!!!
