I am still looking for gifts for my neices 3 girls Stockings would be awesome for them. they are ages 15 months 4 years and 6 years. and have recived one present each. Any stocking really would be great but if I had to pick I think the playdoh one's for the older girls, andthe pink one for the baby,
My favorite christmas memory as a child was growing up in a single parent family (my father killed himself) and having a sparse christmas. Sometimes we were so poor that we had no gifts at all. My mom and I would make 'coupons' for each other. Silly things like 'free dish washing without complaint' or 'get out of grounding for free' I remember wrapping these coupon books in the sunday comics (anyone rememebr them?) But even as poor as we were. I also remember my mom sneaking food onto the neighbors front porch because they were poor and needed help. At the time it maked perfect sense to me, to help the poor. LOL looking back I realise we were poor too. I just didnt know it at the time.
