Google Workspace email IP placed in multiple blacklists, not my fault - is this normal?

I have the same issue with my email address that is hosted with Google where my emails are either not being delivered or not coming into my inbox. Also, no iCloud email addresses that I email can reply back because their response doesnt hit my inbox. The Google IP address from the server I am on with them is showing listed on multiple blacklists.

Google is telling me to reach out to sorbs to have them remove it and that the server that I am on is a dynamic IP and it changes every 24 hours and basically aren't taking blame for the issues. This has been going on for over a year sporadically with different random clients of mine and and even a bank.

Question, if I switch my email hosting to Outlook will that fix the issue?
