I got a kitten today and I regret it and want to bring her back

like human babies, kittens require patience and she also just adjusting to her new home. kittens also have a lot of energy so be sure to play with her often. maybe have a play session before you go to bed to tire her out, and one in the morning. they eventually grow out of this as they get older. as for the peeing, I’d continually show her where the litter box is throughout the day. I foster kittens and putting them in the box often, even if they don’t have to go, helps them remember where it is. they’d much rather pee in the litter box than your bed because it’s more comfortable and natural, they just need a little help.

if it doesn’t work out with you, I’d recommend maybe an older/middle aged cat. plenty of those at shelters in need of homes and they tend to have calmer temperaments.
