spookster had her 2nd litter less than a month ago. Unfortunately, today her last kitten passed away and I don't know what to do for my baby girl. She keeps looking for him, even go back to the cage and lay down to try to feed but there's no kittens. What do I do to help her grieve?

Lmfao I have two cats, my male 1 year old and is neutered, my female is 6 months old, and the vet will not spay her yet till she’s older. My cats are indoor only and I’m obviously being extra vigilant with locking windows and being careful of the door for if my cat starts going into heat. My vet has been practicing for more than 30 years, and is obviously going by the standards that he learned and practices, he made me wait a year for my male cat to get fixed. Most places now will spay animals at 8 weeks, but I see a lot of vets make people wait till their pet is older. I’ve had multiple friends in multiple towns that have been straight up denied by vets offices due to being overbooked with patients till they found a vet to be put on a waitlist to get their animals spayed. My old dog I had died of cancer because the people who had her before me didn’t have her fixed and used her for puppies (I obviously got her fixed once I got her) that shit pisses me off, I get where you’re coming from, but I think OP genuinely made a mistake with their cat getting out, and was asking in good faith for advice, you don’t need to be rude when they’re already hurting. There’s ways to bluntly tell them (as others have done) to be responsible and get their pet spayed. You’re literally taunting them, I’m sure they already feel like shit. I don’t know who you’re calling a stupid trashy fuck, but I take my animals to the vet regularly, and literally feed them expensive ass food. I agree people need to take good care of their animals, which can be expensive. But once again, you don’t know what people are going through. It genuinely sounds like OP made a mistake.
