Greek and Turkish Cypriot Parallel Protests for Peace and Reunification

I do not know what issues there might be in an unified Cyprus so i cannot make a very informed opinion on it however, i do still have an idea. Perhaps a sort of coexistent state exist where Turkish and Greek halves of the island both get the right to work and live in and visit each side with trade between the sides having less bureaucracy allowing for easier business cross-border while keeping their governments seperate and autonomous to a degree. This would make life easier for each side as they would both have somewhere to live and work in their own language and culture. And it would also make neither side feel opressed as both would have their own voice in their own language and be governed in that language.
