Btw. you can work during university. What I really recommend, go to work abroad even for holidays. Maybe even try to apply to gay workplaces and mention that you are gay Hungarian?

And try your best with college applications. You see college not only takes money but takes your time which also has a value. Actually it is a lot of cash because you could work full-time instead of college. Even taking a gap year to get into great school isn't a bad thing!

If you spend these years in shitty place, yes you will save some money but you will loose tremendous amount of potential value. Also don't forget about internships, these will impact your potential value in future workforce and will help you to sustain yourself. If you will study in shitty place you won't get good work experience.and you see at least with me, gay people helped me to improve a lot and honestly my life would suck so much more without them.

I am speaking from my experiences because I have been here, and I have stayed in homophobic place and I quite regret it so at least I want to save you some regrets :)
