I Hate being a Nurse, Now what do I do?

I have been in Nursing over 10 years and feel so drained. If I had started my nursing career during a pandemic I can't say with confidence I would last long in my career . To be honest I have a lot hate relationship with nursing, and I have tried different areas of nursing through my career.

I think it probably doesn't help that you started nursing at a terrible time- with a pandemic going on. Perhaps you could work less (like casual or as needed) for a while, while looking at other careers. I have heard of nurses who drove school busses or other very non nursing related jobs but also working as a nurse to keep their skills up until they made a decision.
