How? *Not Providing enough feedback or detailed feedback can be very frustrating for us** How far should a creative brief to go? Is a loose provocation enough, do distinct territories help or hinder thinking? Is a planner ad a useful starting point? *That really depends on how much control you want... When you leave more to us the end result is going to be less of what you imagined, but might play to our strengths better. ** *When feedback is missed, how would you like this to be addressed - and do you feel there is a culture of blame when it comes to creative work? *Have there been any occasions where you have found planning to be particularly helpful or unhelpful? What were those occasions and why? *If there are issues with the brief, how can a planner help you to feel empowered to challenge them? *Are there any challenges that a copywriter, art director or CD face, that are often invisible or unappreciated by an agency, what are those challenges and how could they be helped by planning?
