Firstly there is no episodes left, that was it. Also I pointed this out already back when it was going on, I meant why didn't Desiato Go Back To Prison somewhere middle of the season when he said that he won't be in on taking Baxter's down after the Jimmy's birthday thing. It's not like he should have a choice if he helps or not, he either helps or goes back to the prison. Only reason he was out was to help to take them down. Then when Eugene testified, then suddenly Desiato is put back in prison. Why wasn't he before? When he Refused To Cooperate. Makes no sense. That's what I mean.

Also Eugene has nothing to give, he needs to lie pretty much that he saw Jimmy lurking from their house before the bang to get Baxters convicted. He doesn't even really have enough info on Baxters to lie properly/convincingly so it sticks and it would warrant to provide protective custody after a murder charge. Whatever, the lawyer lady's morals are so fluid that she can tell Eugene what to lie I guess (she even said Eugene doesn't have anything and the agent lady smirked like just lie, lazy writing). I think that's why they made it so Jimmy isn't dead, just so Eugene can even testify against someone. The feds knew Jimmy is the head of operations but really not how deep Gina went. Just saying, stupid ending.

The whole season was just from bad to worse. Nonsensical. Maybe couple cool things.
