Having fun is outlawed, according to some

I luckily I have a great manager who embraces the fun attitude things we see on this subreddit. IMO it helps morale and probably reduces mistakes. There is this one lady that “doesn’t like to talk on the line” although that’s just code for the fact that she doesn’t want to talk to people that she doesn’t like on the line. When I ask a basic ass questions like “does the number 17 have cheese?” after only working here for a month or two she gets all irritated and answers “no” sternly as if I did something so bad wasting her time, while at the same time I heard her asking if the #8 had cheese or if the #17 was ham and bacon while she has been working here for TWO years. Every time I entered a conversation that she was in while she was talking she stared at me as if I had just said the n word or something, so eventually I just had to stop. Today I had to interrupt her while she was talking to the GM to clarify an in shop order that was put in wrong because the customer was waiting and she got all mad at me and said I needed to apologize because she was talking to the GM. I refused. I told her the customer was waiting and that was my #1 priority. I just learned eventually that she doesn’t like/respect me for some reason so I will have as little contact with her as possible.
