Help Sensei !

Hopefully some people can give you some helpful information for physical training. My greatest advice is to focus on building strong team work and teams. Start studying and training these things together. When you have time, pretend to fight your friends teams. Take paintbrushes and see if you can surprise attack your friends and paint them.

I have seen how you all are taking care of each other. Great work, keep it up. Now start organizing. In all history and war, those who stick together and keep trying to work as a group tend to live. I hope these resources help.
