Oh I have them completely at this point. I have photos from move in and emails from them stating they did not inspect or properly clean the apartment upon move in. When I requested an air quality check they hired a mold removal company that is only licensed for cleanup and scheduled them almost immediately. I’m fighting that and hiring my own for doctors and lawyers. Then mocked me saying I’m not sure where you think we can get the information of what “kind” or “type of” spore it is. All they can say is if it’s mold or not. She personally suspects mildew as a desk lady. In Texas you cannot lie to a tenant related to mold whether she knew or not. I suspect she did. It’s all very bad. Photos from ducts in other parts of the apartment look worse than this but we’re not showing from the outside of the vents. They’ve done nothing but try to harass and make baseless claims such as “is your thermostat on auto?” “Is there a vent that points towards the thermostat?” All very ridiculous.
