I don't really belong here, but I'd like to add some clarity to what you're saying, mostly from a semantic level.

The "Left" that you referred to is actually Liberals. More accurately, the neo-liberal ideology that governs the modern American democratic party. People that are on the actual left would not describe themselves as liberals; liberalism supports the free market, which makes it a kind of centrist viewpoint, while people on the actual left absolutely do not support a free market. Actual leftists do not believe in about 90% of what America's liberals believe in.

The far left is not obsessed with differing forms of oppression, identity politics, or a hierarchy of victimization. The far left is obsessed with the historical struggle between the upper class and the lower class as well as seeking to address the societal issues we've developed since the Industrial Revolution in an attempt to make it more difficult for the lower class to challenge the upper class and demand a more equitable distribution of the resources that have been generated by the labor of our species.

I'm not here to argue, and if you notice, I haven't stated where I fall on the left-right spectrum at all. I just want to explain why you putting your perception of "SJW's" onto "the Left" is wrong and does not describe people who are actually on "the Left". The actual Leftist movements in our country and the rest of the world have a MUCH different priority set than the type of people you're referring to.
