Holy Moly everyone - buy the game if it looks fun to you, don't if it doesn't

What's the point in complaining about something you can't play yet? This is what I don't get. This isn't a good forum for fixing issues - that would be in the feature suggestion board or the bug reporting board on the Paradox forums, once you've played the game. No one has successfully explained to me what whining on the Reddit page accomplishes.

And what do the hundreds of posts saying "these clearly broken mechanics are good, actually" accomplish? Or for that matter, meta posts whining about other people's posts,

Nothing on this sub accomplishes anything. And nothing is getting fixed regardless because the game releases in two days. If anything, the posts act as summaries and analysis for people who don't watch all twenty videos with a microscope.
