Was on heavy duty birth control for many years due to a medical condition with my uterus and ovaries. Met with my long term specialist when I was ready to try going off everything and take a go at it naturally. I had always expected to need help in this area but still wanted to try. Disclaimer** I’m familiar with medicine due to my work background, I highly recommend doing this with an expert in the area and just never going on a cold Turkey med wash. Anyways, I also worked really hard at sticking to a very clean lifestyle with diet, exercise etc all while monitoring for complications with my ovaries. It was a long process but I’m currently pregnant! Praying it continues as healthy with little to no complications.
