I don't think you're ugly at all (like most of the people on this sub tbh).

Your facial features aren't bad at all and I really like your hair colour. The first thing I would do would be to shave your facial hair, all it's doing right now is taking focus away from the rest of your face and making you look older.

You have a great hair colour to play around with, I think that by growing it out for a month or so, you could get it to a great length (maybe a bit shorter) for this hairstyle (it's really easy to do, just run a bit of hair putty through it and you're done!). This hairstyle would also help soften the hairline and make your forehead look less squarish/play up your ears (I think they're a really interesting feature on you).

I disagree with /u/rkmdn though, with more hair on top of your head, the no eyebrows thing would really work (it would make your eye colour really stand out too).

As for clothing, since you're young and probably don't want to look like a middle aged business man, I would suggest investing in a nice jacket and pair of shoes that you could layer over casual t-shirts and dark jeans. It would make you look nice and put together, but not like you're heading to a business meeting 24/7.

You already seem to have a nice body so kudos on that! You really don't have all that much to worry about, hopefully my suggestions help you out a bit :)
