How to get in 3000 calories in the evening and still sleep well?

You must avoid to eat meal at 10pm. Reason that you loosing your weight, is carbohydrates, specially fast carbohydrates. If you start eating a-lot of good fat, then gap without food goes longer, and you do not loose your weight with 1 meal only. When body using energy as fat, metabolism going to slower. And later you can gain weight even eating 2000 calories, only because of low metabolism, when you eating many carbohydrates, they takes big amount of space in your stomach, 50g almonds, or 180g fat fish, has a-lot of calories. 50g almonds around 300 calories, 100g rice only 130g calories, rice takes a lot of space in stomach. Almonds or fish not. Rice = faster metabolism than almonds, just because product makes more insulin. It’s why you wanna eat at 10pm. You need to eat more good fat in 1 meal, and avoid many carbohydrates, and everything will be fine
