I feel like this is a very balanced build. Powerful cpu and gpu. Could've gone for an i3+gtx 970 build but I feel like the downgrade to an i3 isnt worth upgrading from a 290 to a 970. In any case this will handle any game you ask it to at 1080p and most games at 1440p. The only real critiques to have with this build are that:
1. The b85 may not work with the 4460 out of the box. Yes but it more than likely will and really isn't worth the $20 upgrade to a h97. If that's a concern then a 4440 is only a 3% drop in performance and definitely will.
2. The raidmax psu is more power than is needed and raidmax isn't the most respected brand. That being said raidmax makes ok psu's and this one happens to be modular and the reviews are quite positive, so I think it's a good choice.
