Once my friends and I were bored and were driving around drinking some beers on the first nice Friday of the year. I really had to pee so my friend whi was driving said he would only stop if I got out naked and peed in a parking lot of a public park. So I did and got out and did my thing naked. So I got back in the truck and I can't remember if I put all my clothes back on or if I just stayed naked, but we started to drive around and somewhere along the way one dare escalated to another and soon it was decided on that streaking is a good idea and that a good place to do it was McDonalds. So we went to the closest McDonalds, which happened to be on a mall parking lot. So naturally we scraped the idea about streaking through McDonalds abd decide to go to the mall and do it. So we go to where the food court is, which is upstairs on the south side. This is where we make our plan and also where we fuck up the most. I say I am going to run to the north side exit and the driver says he is going downstairs. We argue and I leave the truck with both of us thinking we are going to the right place. My other friend says he is going to follow me with his clothes on. I put on a mask and have that and only shoes and socks on and depart with my friend and start to run into the mall. Oh my fucking god, this place is fucking packed. I take off in a sprint and can hear my friend cracking up behind me. People notice me and start laughing and yelling and soon I look behind me and I am alone. I feel scared as fuck as I reach the north side entrance and go outside where I see some security vehicles driving around. I start to sneak around and hide in the parking lot and run halfway down a ramp to the second floor parking. A security vehicle drives up as I am running down and i jump off the side which was like ten feet high and fall and hit my head. My adrenaline is going hard and I get up and hide in the parking lot wondering what I am going to do and how fucked I am. None of us have cellphones at this time and I start running in the direction of a friends house who lives over a mile away. The only routes that lead to his house are very busy and packed with cars trying to go to the mall. I am running and running and have taken my mask off to cover myself. I turn down a road and hide in a bush once again wondering what I will do and lamenting the situation. Backtrack to when I left the truck, this side of the story I didnt learn until I was in jail and saw my friends. They webt downstairs as they had planned and the driver said he pulled up as soon as the guy who was following me ran out the door. They didnt know where I was but started to follow all the commotion that I was leaving behind, people honking and pointing and all that. They drive down the busy road I ran down and turn down the same road where I am hiding. I see them drive by an yell, and they stop. I start to get in and get dressed and by this time some asshole went vigilante and block the our way forward and an off duty cop working security at dillards was behind us with his gun pointed at the truck. He wanted me to get out naked but I didnt until I had pants on. Then the police came and took me back to the mall handcuffed only wearing pants and took me to the security room. Here I learn that there is like 18 counts so far for indecent exposure. I go to a police station and talk to a sex crime detective and learn that the 18 counts was lowered to 3, the asshole vigilante, his dumb wife, and their baby who wouldnt remember a second of this. After I talk to the detective, he says that since it was a stupid joke and I wasnt really doing anything sexual it might get dropped lower to outraging public decency, which it did. I got a one year suspended sentence and 100 hours community service. But I was a real fuck up then and didnt do it in time so it is still on my record still. I have recently been able to have it taken off but havent been able tp afford to.
