How do you deal?

As I posted to another person struggling, I can not highly enough recommend Byron Katie and The Work. She will help you question every stressful thought you have with 4 questions and turnarounds. Better than therapy, because when you no longer believe the thoughts your mind generates that bring you down, guess what?? You don't need therapy! And it’s FREE!

Check out the website and download the judge your neighbor worksheet and then watch lots of YouTube videos where Byron Katie is doing The Work with people on their thoughts who have filled out the worksheet, and you will start to get a feel for it. She has been doing this for decades!! Because it’s so powerful!

But doing it yourself and sincerely going within wanting to know the truth, and what is at the bottom of whatever is stressing you - it's Golden!

Sometimes you may not even feel like it’s doing anything when you do the work, but then the next day you will just notice that you no longer have anxiety about that thing you were having anxiety about. Lol.

I’m telling everyone, it’s magic! But it is called the work for a reason! It’s true self inquiry. And you have to be honest with yourself, and really examine your thoughts and what is going on. But the payoff is huge. So much peace. No more believing your mind and every thought that it throws at you.
