how much time do you spend on kpop daily?

You could easily spend 3h a day and most of the weekend stanning a single active group if you participate in fan communities. Even without that, if it's a long-standing group like Bangtan or Seventeen, there is so much content dating back to debut that it can fill all your time - not to mention music, lyric analysis, learning to sing/dance along, however you like to enjoy it.

Then again, if you just focus on new content, you could easily keep up with let's say 4 groups across their SNS, especially if they all use the same fancafe (e.g. I keep up with all 4 Hybe boy groups easily across Weverse/IG/Twitter). But it doesn't leave extra time for past content - and honestly is way too emotionally demanding.

Which is why you have to follow your heart, really - I tried to keep up with everyone, but if all I care about and think about is Seventeen, then there's no use in stanning anyone else. It's self-limiting.

As for limiting yourself to avoid addiction: how much time do YOU want to spend on this hobby? And how do you want to spend it? Set yourself a limit, decide which content you want to consume, and have fun.
