How to be skinny and wear whatever you want?

The skinny friends who seem like they eat what they want: they’re not eating as much as you think. Like others have said, you don’t know if that junk or whatever you see them eating is the only thing they’ve had all day or maybe they just had a 200 calorie breakfast and nothing else. You lose weight and maintain weight by eating under a certain amount of calories.

Have you looked into intermittent fasting? It’s really helpful to manage your calorie input. Like others suggested, move more, watch your calories, and drink tons of water. See if fasting works for you, but don’t get obsessive with it. I’m sure you’re absolutely beautiful and look great.
