How strong is someone of her size?

That's honestly so difficult to determine based on anecdotal information. Give me an electromyography diagnostic machine and we have somewhere to start. It's a big misconception that strength related directly to muscle size. Strength is neurological, and relates to how efficiently your brain and spinal cord can transmit important signals to the rest of the body. It's like engines in cars: bigger engines often have more horsepower and torque, but not necessarily; F1 engines are comparatively tiny but put out 800+ horsepower due to obscene RPMs(to relate, overall muscle activation).

That's why a 5'3" Olympic lifter could be notably stronger and even pick up a lady like Bryanna. That being said, Bryanna is an athlete and she is odd in that she's just larger than most ppl, not just taller. We can use ratios and data from the average fit woman to get a very obtuse approximation. By my guess, Bryanna is about 1.4-1.6 times the size of your average U.S. woman, but I suck at mental math.

Hope that helps.
