“Tengoku” is most likely “Heaven”, and it’d be written as 天国 in Kanji. It’s the one you’d expect from the Christian Bible.

“Ameno” could honestly mean anything. As far as I’m aware, it could be that you meant “Ama no”, and “Ama” in this case is the Japonic reading of 天, rather than the Sinitic “Ten”. This Japonic form is used in tandem with の and a noun to make it something like “Heavenly (insert noun)”. The most popular example is 天の川, which directly translates to “Heavenly River” or “River of the Heaven/Sky”, and this is what the Japanese call the Milky Way.
